Dubai: Each match in the T10 league will involve a maximum of 10 overs per side, with each bowler allowed to bowl no more than two overs in an innings. In the event of an interruption, to ensure a result, a minimum of five overs has to be bowled in each innings. In case of rain, the outcome of the match shall be arrived at using the DLS method.
Each match will get over in 90 minutes, exactly the time taken for a football match.
In case of a ‘tie,’ the result of the match shall be decided by a Super Over. There will be two points for a win and one point to each side in case of a draw, with zero points for a loss.
The match referees will be Roshan Mahanama and Graeme Labrooy and the on-field umpires will be Ruchira Palliyaguruge, Ranmore Martinesz, Billy Taylor and Rashid Riaz. The fourth umpires are Akbar Ali Khan, Ifthikar Ali Khan, Razzaq Shah and Rabiul Haque.
