Al Ain strengthen for Club World Cup

Abu Dhabi: Al Ain have signed a further two foreign players for the Fifa Club World Cup from December 12-22 after their foreign allocation was raised from four to six players for the tournament.

Portuguese attacking midfielder Ruben Ribeiro and Malian midfielder Tongo Doumbia join from Lisbon side Sporting and Dinamo Zagreb respectively, fitting in alongside Marcus Berg, Caio Lucas, Tsukasa Shiotani and Hassan Al Shahat under coach Zoran Mamic.

Mamic will field the new players in friendlies ahead of the Club World Cup.
