London Shaikh Saeed Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum narrowly missed out on qualifying for the men’s skeet final at the London Olympics after finishing 13th overall.

Shaikh Saeed hit a total of 118 targets out of a possible 125 but could not make the top six.

The competition was led by defending gold medalist Vincent Hancok of the United Stakes with a score of 125 going into today’s final, which takes place later in the day.

A total of 36 shooters are participating in the skeet with the top six qualifying for the final where they will shoot an additional 25 rounds.
