Dubai: Tonight's eight meeting of the 2009 Dubai International Racing Carnival is sponsored by the Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD).
Frank Gabriel Jr, chief executive of Dubai Racing Club, said: "We're passed the half-way mark of the Dubai International Racing Carnival and have seen some top class racing action."
"This is partly due to sponsors like Commercial Bank of Dubai, who have continued to lend their support. We are pleased to welcome them to Nad Al Sheba this Thursday."
Yaqoob Yousuf Hassan, deputy chief executive of CBD, said: "We& are indeed delighted to once again sponsor the much awaited Dubai International Racing Carnival for the third consecutive year."
"This magnificent event has indeed gained a lot of popularity locally as well as internationally.
