Al Naboodah Group to support Carnival card

Dubai: The Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group, a Meydan Pillar Partner, return to Meydan to sponsor Thursday’s Dubai World Cup Carnival card which carries prize money in excess of $1 million (Dh3.67 million).

Won in 2015 by the Godolphin-owned Safety Check, trained by Charlie Appleby and ridden by William Buick, the $250,000 feature race boasts an honour roll of illustrious Abdullah Mohammad Juma Al Naboodah, Chairman of the Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group said: “Carnival events are always popular. Al Naboodah Construction Group is delighted to be sponsoring this Thursday’s race night. We are very much looking forward to both enjoying the hospitality on the evening and the racing.
