Brookline, Massachetts: The 156-man field for the 122nd US Open on June 16-19 at The Country Club have been released on Thursday.

Players listed only in the first category for which they are elegible, while one spot remains in case Cameron Champ or J.J. Spaun win the Canadian Open for their second US PGA Tour win in the last 12 months (a-amateur)

After Tiger Woods, Paul Casey has withdrawn from the US Open, the third straight major he has missed this year because of a back injury. Casey last competed at the WGC-Match Play in March, playing two holes of his opening match when he conceded because of back spasms. He didn’t play his next two matches, and he subsequently withdrew from the Masters and PGA Championship.

The US Open starts June 16 at The Country Club.
