Dubai: The Disciplinary Committee of the UAE Football Association has suspended Sharjah FC player Khaled Al Dhanhani and Shabab Al Ahli player Sultan Adil for five matches across local competitions and imposed a fine of Dh500,000 on each.

In addition, both players have been excluded from the national team roster. The decision was made in accordance with the UAEFA’s regulations on penalties and sanctions for national teams, following a disciplinary violation committed by the players during the national team camp held on June 7.

Khaled Al Dhanhani is an Emirati footballer who plays as a right-back for Sharjah Football Club and the UAE national team, while Sultan Adil is a professional footballer who plays as a striker for Shabab Al Ahli Club and the UAE national team.
