Muhammad Waseem to lead UAE in tri-series in Uganda
Kenya and Nigeria complete line-up in Pearl of Africa T20 series to be held this month
Dubai: Seasoned opening batter Muhammad Waseem will lead the 14-member UAE squad in the Pearl of Africa T20I Series, to be played at the Entebbe Cricket Oval in Entebbe, Uganda later this month.
UAE will be playing against hosts Uganda, Kenya, and Nigeria in the series — six matches in the league stage — two against each opponent. The team that finishes at the top of the table after the league stage will be declared the tournament winner. UAE will play Kenya in their opening match on July 18.

Muhammad Waseem (captain), Akif Raja, Alishan Sharafu, Aryansh Sharma, Asif Khan, Dhruv Parashar, Ethan D’ Souza, Haider Ali, Matiullah Khan, Muhammad Zohaib, Muhammad Zuhaib, Rahul Chopra, Rohid Khan and Saghir Khan.
