Al Habtoor Motors set aside Scott Wilson Dubai and Woodgroup Masters by identical 3-0 margins, while Raymond Sport blanked Movenpick SA 3-0 and put it across Radio Internationals 2-1 to set a meeting in the main final.

The trio of Renan Lavigne, Hadrian Stiff and Lee Drew representing Al Habtoor Motors were in awesome form through the day as they went through their matches with ease.

Lavigne beat Mohammad Abdul and Darren Bradbury, while Stiff had things going his way with identical 3-0 wins against Andy Meech and Rene Zettl.

Drew too showed fine form to complete their domination with 3-0 wins against Philip Verzon and Chris Wind in his two matches.

"I doubt things will be easy in the final," Lavigne cautioned.

"The final could go either way. The opening match will be important for both as it would be decisive of things to follow," chipped in Raymond Sport team member Del Harris.
