Coke Studio season 11 recently released its second episode featuring a stellar combinations of artists — be it Chicago-based EDM band Krewella, consisting of sisters Jahan and Yasmine Yousaf, who joined the Qadri brothers to create Runaway that employs a great deal of dholak and sarangi; or legendary folk singer Attaullah Esakhelvi coming together with the popular Asrar band on Gaddiye.

For Rasha Mama, the “Melody queen of Pashto” Zarsanga collaborated with Khumariyaan and Gul Panrra; and, last but not the least, rock star Ali Azmat tried to match notes with Pride of Performance-winning Sindhi folk artist Abida Parveen on the mystical Ghoom Charakhra.

Produced by Zohaib Kazi and Ali Hamza, the current season of Coke Studio is aired on all major television channels and radio stations of Pakistan.
