    How can I check if I have a COVID-19 violation on my Emirates ID?

    UAE’s authorities have announced strict coronavirus regulations and fines

    The restrictions announced by authorities include various guidelines to ensure social distancing, strict monitoring of self-isolation procedures and mandatory COVID-19 tests in some cases.

    The UAE Public Prosecutor’s call centre – 800 99999 – guided callers to download the Abu Dhabi Police smart application in order to check if they have a violation on their Emirates ID.

    This is applicable even if you are not an Abu Dhabi resident and have a visa issued from any other emirate in the UAE.

    1.	Download the Abu Dhabi Police app. 2.	Register with the app using your Emirates ID. You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number. 3.	Select Fine Inquiry and choose ‘Inquiry by Emirates ID (Individual Fines)’ 4.	Enter your Emirates ID number.

    According to Dubai Police’s customer support hotline – 901 – you can check for COVID-19 related violations by using the Dubai Police smart app.

    The app can be used by residents from across the UAE, not just Dubai visa holders.

    1.	Download the Dubai Police app. 2.	Select the ‘fine payment’ option, click ‘Search’. 3.	Choose to inquire about your fine based on a ticket. 4.	Select ‘Fine year’ as 2020 and in the ticket number enter your Emirates ID. Click ‘Done’.
