It is similar to the ‘Al Ameen’ service provided by Dubai Police, which allows residents to report security-related concerns confidentially. However, while Al Ameen focuses on law enforcement and safety matters, ‘Amanah’ is specifically designed for civic violations under Dubai Municipality’s jurisdiction.
