Together again

Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin - whose team-up was quite popular in the early '90s - will be reunited in a TV series again. Fans of this once popular pairing rejoiced when the two stars were reunited in 2006, but have not been together in a programme until this year, when they worked together as hosts for an afternoon show.

Next month marks their return to the coveted primetime slot on television with Adik Sa 'Yo (Addicted to You).

According to sources, the original concept was supposedly an adaptation of the hit Korean novel, Coffee Prince, where Magdangal and Agustin will co-star with young superstars Dennis Trillo and Jennica Garcia. The creative team then decided it was better to come up with an original story for their reunion.
