What type of music can clubbers expect?
The music is going to be a mix of the best dance music from around the world. You will hear nothing but the best house, hip-hop and R&B at the 400 nightclub – a mixture of gems that will take Dubai to another level in the clubbing and nightlife scene.
Vinyl or electronic – what’s your preference?
It all depends on who's performing, but as we always follow the latest in what the technology is serving, we are providing the newest gadgets Pioneer came up with, we are going to have four CDJ 2000 and the latest creation, which is the massive mixer DJM 2000.
What gets you in the mood to dance?
Happy faces, it’s all about the crowd and the happy faces around the club.
What’s your go-to track to get a stiff crowd to loosen up?
There is no specific track, it’s only about the chemistry and how to play with emotions. Playing music is not about rules, it’s all about feelings and setting the right chemistry and mood to get the crowd going.
Who’s your favourite artist at the moment, and why?
Too many talents out there to count, the list can go on and on. But I have to say that Danny Tenaglia has always been an influence in my career.
What’s your favourite track right now, and why?
Once again, there are many great tracks out there. Every day there are tons of good tracks getting released. So, there’s no specific track, you just need to know what to play and how to play it, which is the most important factor. You can always play a normal track and make it sound amazing, and here goes the secret.
What’s the most unusual venue you’ve DJed at?
Honestly, this unusual venue hasn’t arrived yet even in 16 years of my career, and I know what it is going to be: I always wanted to DJ on an aircraft up above 30 thousand feet… Hopefully soon,. you never know.
Enzo Mirak
What type of music can clubbers expect?
Between the 3 of us will be playing the best of house and R&B, mixing it up with some of the hottest remixes.
Vinyl or electronic – what’s your preference?
Definitely electronic.
What gets you in the mood to dance?
House music is my personal favourite, there are so many good mixes out there and I find myself dancing in the DJ booth sometimes.
What’s your go-to track to get a stiff crowd to loosen up?
One (your name) by Swedish House Mafia – no matter what type of crowd it is that night, they will always react well to it.
Who’s your favorite artist at the moment, and why?
At the moment there are so many great artists and there's a lot of new young talent out there. But it would have to be Thomas Gold. His music is extremely original and creative. Whenever he releases a new track, it always surprises me!
What’s your favorite track right now, and why?
Diamond life (Daddy's Groove Magic island rework) -- Louie Vega & Jay Sealee (ft. Julie McKnight). Its an amazing remix of the original.
What’s the most unusual venue you’ve DJed at?
A wedding, where it was women only and I wasn’t allowed to be present in the room… It’s not that it was unusual, but extremely difficult to interact with the crowd and feel their vibes.
