Sophie Ellis-Bextor will not perform her public show in Dubai next month.
Originally scheduled for November 24, the show was first postponed for seven days until December 1 and finally cancelled altogether.
The star's management confirmed Ellis-Bextor was forced to pull out of the Burj Park gig over a contract dispute.
The British pop princess earlier wowed guests at the Amber Lounge on its opening night on the sidelines of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on November 11.
The Murder On The Dance Floor singer performed her hits live for more than 60 minutes entertaining a star-studded audience including F1 third driver Jules Bianchi, premiership football star Emile Heskey and Richard Jones, bassist of UK band The Feeling.
Ellis-Bextor was booked for this year's Amber Lounge after a show-shopping performance at last year's Grand Prix gala dinner and ball at The Yas Hotel. She was drafted in at the last minute to replace X Factor winner Leona Lewis who fell ill just days before the event.
Tickets for the December 1 gig have been on sale for a number of weeks but are no longer available. Online retailers confirmed the tickets are not available but say they are unsure about a refund policy.
A spokesperson for concert organisers, The Alchemy Project, declined to comment at the time of going to press.
