Made from a 300-year-old Italian oak tree, the design was sealed while Riad was climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. “Thank God I was climbing — because I always say no. But this time she won,” he laughs. The result? A masterpiece in natural grain and quiet drama.

Who needs an interior designer when you’ve got a wife with this much taste? “Credit to her. She chose everything. I just said yes,” says Riad. From layout to lighting, every detail in this villa is her curation — layered, luxe, and effortlessly chic. He may sell mansions, but she made the home.

It brings life,” says Riad. There’s nothing sterile here — just cool, grounded elegance with a splash of soul.

Sunken lounge? Check. Firepit in beach sand? Absolutely. “We cook, we host, we just hang out. It’s a proper vibe,” says Riad of his al fresco playground. From pizza oven to outdoor bar, this garden isn’t just a backyard — it’s a lifestyle flex with sand between your toes.

Forget the flashy zip codes. Riad may sell in Emirates Hills, but he lives where it feels right. “This is home. It’s elegant but not loud,” he says of his villa in The Lakes. This address isn’t about showing off — it’s about showing up for family and future.
