1. The new Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo

The Turbo was inspired by Nike Zoom Vaporfly Elite and the 4 per cent shoe. It’s also Nike’s lightest foam, looks super cool, but also has a comfortable foam sole. Why am I even talking about foam right now? Because running shoes are like shock absorbers for your body. Generally, shock absorbers are used in cars to dampen bouncing and maintain control when a vehicle hits a bump or dip. Just like cars, your shoes should be tuned for the different runs you do throughout a training cycle. This new Nike shoe is all about comfort and of course, looking great with your outfit. The shoe will release globally August 2 on nike.com and at select retailers.

2. Under Armour’s HOVR Phantom

I love a good colour blocking on any shoe. The new Under Armour Twisted Knit styles feature very trendy colour blocking in classic shades, and adds a unique texture and detail to the monochromatic colourways. The HOVR Phantom is also all about foam. The comfy shoe provides a super-soft durometer with incredible cushioning and shock absorption while you run. Another key fashion component of the HOVR is the knitted body of the shoe, which flexes as you move and is honestly so comfy. Wear it at the gym to make the most out of this scientifically thought out shoe.

3. New Yeezys

A few days ago Kim Kardashian West gave us a sneak peek at the brand new adidas Yeezy samples on Instagram. Love him or hate him, Kanye West has taken the sneaker industry by storm. The upcoming Yeezy 350s, 500s and 700s feature a very toned-down colour palette, which Kanye has been using a lot in the last few seasons. She showed us the first two shows; one was a patterned grey and white Yeezy 350 v2 and another tonal grey Yeezy 500.

4. New Balance

The New Balance 247 v2 is back with a new colour and material, which is the exact thing this shoe needed to go from sports to lifestyle. The preview version definitely had a sportier aesthetic, while this version features more leather, suede and other more street style material. The new collection comes in four colours including, teal, marzipan, reddish pink, and white. This offers a summer-ready look.
