Former Miss India-UAE, Nova Krishnan, has introduced two new ready-to-wear collections under her fashion label, one by the name of Haya and the other a limited edition Eid selection.
Haya is a western collection inspired by Indian and Arabian designs. It features lavish and dramatic designs for a confident and elegant woman. Keeping with the minimalist vision of the brand, Haya offers a mix of traditional and modern pieces, with understated embroidery, beads, jewels and an array of different fabrics and cuts. It also includes a variety of accessories.
A stand out piece is the Aza, a fusion between a long skirt and saree that includes pleats and pants.
“Every woman wants to feel elegant and chic; Haya collection visually expresses that with its unique designs and colours,” said Krishnan in a press release. “All about defining your inner persona, each ensemble offers that complete exclusivity. Each piece artistically combines rich Indian and Middle Eastern design/tradition, giving a very bold and modern feel.”
The Haya collection is available until November of 2014.
Krishnan’s limited edition, ready-to-wear Eid collection offers a range of traditional and western designs, bringing forth silk and chiffon and incorporating delicate, elaborate embroidery. The collection is available until the end of the month.
Both collections are available at the Nova Krishnan boutique, located at Warsan Tecom in Al Barsha.
