Calling all chocoholics! Dubai’s most delicious export — the gooey, pistachio-loaded viral chocolate bar from Fix Dessert Chocolatier — is getting a bold new twist this Friday. And trust us, if you know, you know.

The thick, crunchy, stuffed chocolate bar that made foodies on TikTok lose their minds (with over 56 million views social media alone) is about to debut a new flavor — but the details are being kept under delicious wraps for now.

What we do know? It's dropping Friday at a pop-up at the Mall Of The Emirates starting 10am, and loyal fans will want to be first in line. The pop-up will run from June 13 to 15 and Gulf News will be there on the grounds to taste the new offering.

Behind the craze is British-Egyptian founder Sarah Hamouda, who launched Fix in 2021 as a pregnancy-fueled side hustle. What started as a way to satisfy her own cravings quickly became a chocolate empire, according to a report on CNN.

“We take a lot of time and effort, and put a lot of love into our bars,” she says. “It’s not just a chocolate bar — it’s an experience.”

An experience, indeed. From humble beginnings to shipping 500 bars a day, Hamouda’s luxe dessert brand has gone from Dubai cult favorite to global sensation — with fans from Canada to Argentina filming their own Fix reactions online.

Now, as the pistachio OG success story evolves, Dubai’s dessert lovers can be the first to taste the next big thing. Stay tuned — or better yet, pre-order. This is one launch you don’t want to scroll past.
