Your Complaint: Out of order

Mr Siby Joseph of Sharjah says: 

The telephone numbers belonging to our group companies are not working for the past month. Unfortunately the technical support from etisalat is awful. We have made numerous complaints on etisalat's customer care number 101. So far, our problem has not been rectified nor have we received a satisfactory answer. Please look into this matter.

The management of etisalat responds:

Kindly be informed that Mr Joseph's landline complaint has been resolved.

Mr Joseph responds:

Thank you very much [Gulf News] for the intervention and follow up due to which our problem was solved rather quickly. Now all the lines are working properly.
