I received a bill from etisalat for Dh900.06 on September 1, 2013 and another bill of Dh1,004.56 on October 1, 2013. I have complained to the customer care service on the phone.
On November 23, 2013, I received a message from 101 stating that my complaint had been resolved. However, till date, I am receiving my account statement with the same amount, so no adjustment has been done.
I raised another complaint with the customer care centre as well as a written complaint, which was handed in to the etisalat branch in Abu Shagara area of Sharjah.
I have not downloaded anything since I bought my new mobile phone. Despite new technology, I do not know how to download, so I only used my phone to make phone calls.
