Dumping of waste in a residential area

There is a construction site located in Industrial Area 17 in Sharjah. I have noticed this tanker (pictured) close to the site several times. It dumps polluted water from the site in an empty ground on a daily basis.

The people in charge of the construction site are clearly breaking rules by dumping the water close to a residential area. We cannot even go to the ground anymore with our children — they use it to play.

Additionally, there is another construction site nearby where work will be commencing soon. I am worried that they will also dump waste in a similar manner.

I request the authorities to create a proper location for such waste.
