I have taken a auto loan in 2011 from Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). The same was settled in 2015. Until today, my Mulkiya [vehicle registration card] keeps reflecting ADIB. I have tried multiple times to sort it but ADIB is not helping. Can you please help me to resolve the issue?

The management of ADIB responds: Thank you for raising this issue to us. The customer was contacted and his issue was resolved. The mortgage was already released last year in February 2017 and customer wanted to just make sure that there is a release from the bank before renewing his car registration.
