Bassima will 'never grow old'

Lebanese singer Bassima said that most of her close friends are men explaining that unlike women, men are not jealous and their friendship is stronger.

Talking about her personality, she said that she is stubborn, happy with the life she is leading, but scared - sometimes - of getting old. Nevertheless, she confessed: "I feel that I will never grow old. I am still a child at heart. I live in peace with myself and I think this influences the way I look."

She added that she exercises when she has time, takes care of her skin and pays attention to what she eats. The singer, who has two young boys, said that she will never encourage her sons to go into showbiz. "No way. I will never accept that, even if they are talented. In my time, the showbiz circles were cleaner. Now it is very tough to succeed if you don't make concessions," she explained.
