Al Futtaim Automall, a member of the Al-Futtaim Group, has introduced Automall Lady, a unique concept showroom for female customers within the second-hand automotive industry.

Automall Lady will cater to ladies in an air-conditioned showroom where female customers are cared for by specially-trained female sales executives.

At the launch of the new showroom, Michael Brightmore, general manager of Al Futtaim Automall, said: "Ladies often feel overlooked at second-hand car showrooms and feel embarrassed to ask questions.

"At Automall Lady this will not be the case. Ladies seeking advice on which second-hand car would best suit their needs will be able to view and discuss vehicles in detail in the comfort of a showroom designed specifically with the female customer in mind."

The unique Automall Lady adopts Al Futtaim Automall's policy of being the only used car company to give a 12-month comprehensive warranty to customers as well as a 99-point pre-delivery check, mileage certificate and 30-day exchange pledge.

All vehicles sold by Automall Lady are fully reconditioned and come with a comprehensive back-up service offering general advice on maintenance, servicing and car care tips.
