Justin Bieber is standing by his manager, who surrendered to police in connection with a mall fan frenzy last year that sent five people to a hospital with minor injuries.Scott "Scooter" Braun pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges of reckless endangerment, criminal nuisance and endangering the welfare of a child.Bieber says he is "100 per cent" behind his manager. He says the decisions Braun made the day of the concert were to protect Bieber and his fans.Bieber was to appear at a mall in a New York suburb in November. Police cancelled the event when the crowd became unruly. Authorities say Braun didn't send out a tweet fast enough to let the crowd know Bieber wouldn't be there.
