Shivaraj Kumar and Amy Jackson are headed to Dubai to launch the soundtrack of their new film, The Villain.
Joining the two stars in the emirate will be actors Ambareesh, Sudeep and Telugu star Srikanth. Director Prem, producer C. Manohar and composer Arjun Janiya will also be flying down for the event.
The launch will take place at Le Meridien, Dubai on August 24 at 6pm.
Kumar will lock horns with Sudeep in this social drama. With the tagline asking ‘Who is Rama and who is Ravana?’, Prem’s story will make the audience put on their thinking caps.
Prem, fondly known as a hatrick director for three back to back hits, is a multi-faceted — he is an established actor, producer and lyricist.
But he prefers directing over the others as it gives him a creative high.
The Villain is centred on a mother’s sentiment, said Prem “and explores the good side and bad side inherent in every individual. There is a Rama and a Ravana in each of us.”
Tamil actress Saranya Ponvannan makes her Kannada cinema debut along with Bollywood’s Mithun Chakraborty. Chakraborty plays a police officer and working with him was a dream come true for Prem.
