Shortly before flying to the US, newly engaged Nick Jonas joined his fiance and their families on a visit to an orphanage in Mumbai.

A day after their engagement earlier this week, Jonas and Chopra also made time to visit the girls at the St. Catherine’s orphanage.

The actress shared a sweet video in which Jonas is singing Lovebug live for the girls.

“12 years of knowing these girls and they get all love struck by the Lovebug. Thank you Nick Jonas and our families. Thank you to the sisters and all the girls at St. Catherine’s orphanage for opening your hearts to us again. I’ll see you next time,” she wrote.

In the video, parents of Chopra and Jonas are seen clapping and cheering along with all the girls of the orphanage too.

Earlier, Jonas had also shared a video of Chopra dancing on her song Tune Maari Entriyaan and captioned it as “St Catherine’s Orphanage today. My heart is full.”

Jonas and his family flew back to the US late on Sunday night.

The couple sealed their relationship on August 18 with a traditional Indian ‘roka’ or engagement ceremony in the presence of their close family and friends.

The ceremony, held at the actress’ residence in Mumbai, followed months of speculation around the relationship status of Chopra, 36, and Jonas, 25.

Following the ‘roka’ ceremony on Saturday, they had an engagement party which was attended by Chopra’s friends and family members. The Ambanis — Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani and Isha Ambani — were also in attendance.

On the work front, Chopra is currently shooting for director Shonali Bose’s The Sky is Pink.
