Ingredients
200gm dried tamarind, soaked in water for 24 hours
150gm sugar
2l water
15ml rose water
Method
1. Extract tamarind juice by squeezing through a cloth. Discard the water used for soaking.
2. Add sugar, water and rose water to the tamarind juice. Mix well and serve cold.
