A fresh take on the traditional business lunch is introduced with at Alici with Pranzo in Costiera, while Josette shines a spotlight on its iconic Parisian breakfast, offering a luxurious start to the day.

 Both experiences promise to transform dining in Dubai. Alici, the beloved Italian seafood restaurant in Bluewaters, is thrilled to introduce Pranzo in Costiera, a sophisticated reimagining of the business lunch, available for the very first time. Tailored for nearby office workers, residents, Dubai food enthusiasts, and visitors, Pranzo in Costiera offers an authentic escape into the vibrant flavors of southern Italy.

Inspired by the relaxed seaside lunches of the Amalfi Coast, this exceptional new lunch experience is available Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 3pm. Chef Domenico Santagada, the Southern Italian culinary mastermind behind Alici, shares: “I didn’t want to create just another business lunch option. I aimed to offer something beyond our à la carte menu—dishes that are fresh, light, and perfect for a midday escape while still capturing the essence of Italian dining.”

With fresh, seasonal ingredients and a carefully curated selection of dishes, Pranzo in Costiera promises to transport guests directly to the heart of Italy. Guests can choose from a 2-course menu (1 starter + 1 main course, Dh155) or indulge in a 3-course menu (1 starter + 1 main course + 1 dessert, Dh180) for a complete, flavorful Italian experience. Highlights include Burrata, Fried Calamari, homemade pasta with seafood or meat options, and classic Southern Italian desserts like Cannoli or Lemon Sorbet.

Danny Paternoster, General Manager of Alici since its opening in 2019, adds: “We’ve noticed a growing demand from our guests for a curated selection of dishes during lunch. Pranzo in Costiera is our response to that, providing a convenient yet elevated lunch experience for all our guests.”

Since its opening, Josette Breakfast has become the go-to destination for locals, professionals from luxury offices in DIFC, bankers, and international visitors in search of an authentic Parisian escape in the heart of Dubai. With its chic ambiance and exceptional culinary offerings, Josette has redefined the breakfast experience in the city.

The Gourmet Parisian Petit-Déjeuner quickly established itself as a standout,offering a breakfast that transports guests to Paris with every bite. Josette is a one-of-a-kind gem in Dubai, delivering a breakfast experience unmatched anywhere else.

Every morning, from 9am to 11:30am, chefs Burcu Cracknell and Rory Duncan craft an exquisite menu that captures the essence of Parisian luxury. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared in-house, with the pastry team baking overnight to ensure every bite is fresh and indulgent from the moment guests walk in.

The Josette Breakfast is a true standout, featuring a delightful selection of viennoiseries, including the new pastry creation, Josettène—a reinvention of the classic pain au chocolat, Josette style.

This delectable pastry, along with a panier de pain served with jams and butter, freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice, and a choice of coffee or tea, creates the ultimate Parisian breakfast spread.

Guests can also indulge in the irresistible cinnamon roll with cinnamon cream, a sweet treat that has quickly become a crowd favorite. For those seeking a lighter, healthier option, Josette offers the healthy breakfast, which includes Overnight Chia Seeds or Granola Josette, complemented by a fluffy egg white omelette with fresh vegetables, and Josette’s signature matcha. It’s the ideal choice for those wanting to start their day on a wholesome yet indulgent note.

Other menu highlights include the Signature Mushroom Omelette, made with wild mushrooms from France, the famous Crêpe Josette with fresh, vibrant toppings, decadent French Toast, and the guest-favorite OEuf à la Royale, featuring caviar and eggs—a must-try for any food enthusiast who appreciates a touch of luxury.

Davide Carli, the newly appointed Operations Manager at Josette, shares: "Our breakfast offerings are a celebration of French culinary tradition with a modern twist. We wanted to create a space where guests can escape the hustle and bustle of Dubai and experience a moment of indulgence, just as they would in Paris."
