Ingredients
200 gms mushrooms (white or shitake)
50 gms walnuts
1 clove of garlic
10 gms parsley, chopped
200 ml milk
225 gms (1 ¾ cups) flour
1 sachet yeast
2 eggs
50 gms butter
50 gms olive oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Method
1. Melt the butter and keep it aside to cool.
2. Heat the olive oil and sauté mushrooms with crushed garlic clove and season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
3. In a food mixer, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add the milk, cooled butter and olive oil.
4. Blend in the flour and the sifted yeast. Using a spatula, add mushrooms and the grilled and crushed walnuts. Pour into small moulds.
5. Cook in the oven at 150 ⁰C until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and dry.
