Ingredients
16 cloves garlic
6 chillies
1 ½ tsp level salt
8 tbsp tamarind pulp
1 fresh coconut, grated
Method
1. Grate the coconut.
2. Grind together coconut, chillies, salt and tamarind pulp. Sprinkle little water while grinding.
Note: This chutney should be served immediately. If you wish to bottle it, grind without water and store in an airtight jar.
