Ingredients
1.3l water
500gm of honey dates syrup
3 green cardamom pods
3 cinnamon sticks
3 cloves
1kg basmati rice
2 tbsp ghee
Method
1. In a pot, add the water, dates syrup, cardamom, cinnamon sticks and cloves.
2. Add the basmati rice and stir gently until boiled.
3. Add ghee, cover it and slow cook for 14 minutes. Serve.
