    580gm 70 per cent chocolate

    130gm butter

    15 egg whites

    130gm icing sugar

    30gm sour cream

    12 egg yolks

Ingredient Substitution Guide


1. Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg white and sugar to make a meringue.

3. Mix sour cream and egg yolk in a separate bowl.

4. Now fold in all the ingredients together gently.

5. Place the mixture in 10 ramekins and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 11 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
