Ingredients
300 gms veal
3 tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1tsp chopped fresh ginger or ½ tsp ground ginger
1 carrot
1green or red pepper
4 dl Chinese leaves, shredded (Chinese cabbage )
1leek
2 sticks celery
100 gms mushrooms
3 tbsp oil
Method
1. Shred the meat finely. Place it in a marinade of soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper and ginger. Leave for a few hours or overnight.
2. Wash and finely shred the vegetables.
3. Pour one tbsp oil in a wok or pan and brown the meat for a few minutes. Remove the meat and pour in the remaining oil and cook the vegetables, stirring all the time, until they are coloured and just tender.
4. Add the meat to the pan and heat through. Cook for few minutes. Serve with freshly boiled noodles and soy sauce.
