The eldest member of the band made a classy entrance at the fashion week
As ARMY's like to joke, BTS’ Jin would quite like being back home in South Korea, fondly squabbling with four-year-olds, but the universe has different plans for him. The eldest member of BTS touched down in Milan for Fashion Week 2025, making his much-anticipated appearance at Gucci’s Fall/Winter show.
He made a stylish entrance, with his hair pushed back, and ARMY gathered outside the show's premises, chanting his name. Jin was clad in a custom Gucci outfit with a striped shirt, black tie, leather jacket, and black trousers. He accessorized his look with an ear cuff and diamond stud.
After Jin was unveiled as Gucci’s global ambassador last year, the brand experienced an unprecedented surge in online traffic, even causing its Japanese website to temporarily crash. Joining the ranks of Alia Bhatt, Dakota Johnson, Hanni, Lee Jung Jae, Park Gyu Young, and Jay Park as a face of the luxury house, the BTS star expressed his excitement, calling it “meaningful and thrilling to be a part of such a prestigious brand.”
Needless to say, fans were excited to see the singer. As there was much crowd and numerous reporters, Jin politely had to request them to step back as well, with fans praising his cordiality, and saying that he 'knows how to set boundaries'.
Jin completed his mandatory military service in June 2024 and went on to release his album Happy in November. Meanwhile, fellow BTS member J-Hope returned from service in October. With the full group set to reunite in June this year, anticipation among fans is at an all-time high.
