Vidya plays a pregnant woman in 'Kahaani'
Kahaani, scheduled to release on March 9, is not the first film to feature her as a mother
She effortlessly played a sex symbol in The Dirty Picture, and now she says playing a pregnant woman in search of her husband in Kahaani was a cakewalk too. "It was not tough at all," says Vidya Balan. "During our college life, we all friends used to do all the nautankis and stand-up items. And my favourite role would always be of a pregnant woman. So the walk and all came to me very naturally," Balan adds.
Balan ruled Bollywood as Silk last year and it seems she wants to take it forward with Kahaani, as she is aggressively promoting the movie.
Kahaani, scheduled to release on March 9, is not the first film to feature her as a mother — she also took on the role in Paa and Heyy Babyy.
