They’re hosting a fund-raiser on Wednesday night at the New York home of theatre producer Paul Boskind

Chris Cagney and Mary Beth Lacey took down plenty of bad guys during their 1980s reign as the crime-fighting detective duo of the CBS show bearing their names.
Now the actresses who played the New York cops — Sharon Gless and Tyne Daly, respectively — are teaming up for another mission: raising money for Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton. Along with Cagney and Lacey exec producer Barney Rosenzweig, they’re hosting a fund-raiser on Wednesday night at the New York home of theatre producer Paul Boskind.
And another celeb is pitching for the former SecState that same night: actress/activist Eva Longoria will be in Washington for a fund-raiser, hosted along with former first daughter Chelsea Clinton.
