Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha Tamil film ‘96’ gets rolling

The film 96 has great promise; it’s a romantic drama featuring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha. Cinematographer C. Prem Kumar, who has worked on films such as Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom, Pasanga and Sundarapandian makes his debut as director with this movie.

The puja [ceremony] of this film was held in Chennai today.

While significant portions of the film will be shot in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, other parts will be filmed in Kolkata, Pondicherry, Rajasthan, and Chennai.

96 is produced by S. Nandagopal. The camera will be handled by Shanmuga Sundaram. Govind Menon is the music composer.
