Mohan Lal’s ‘Pulimurugan’ to be remade in other Indian languages

The remake rights of the latest Mohan Lal film, Pulimurugan has been purchased by Ramesh P Pillai of Abhishek Films for a whopping price. Pulimurugan, directed by Vysakh and produced by Tomichan Mulakupadam, is a drama set in the forests of Kerala. Lal plays the titular role, a tribal hunter pursuing sn elusive tiger.

The supporting cast includes Kamalinee Mukherjee, Lal Sr., Kishore, Jagapathi Babu and Namitha. Talks are on to remake the film in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.
