Malayalam film ‘Goodalochana’ a comic thriller
Movie is written by Dhyan Sreenivasan, who also stars in it
Dhyan Sreenivasan, younger son of veteran Malayalam actor Sreenivasan, makes his debut as a screenwriter with Goodalochana.
Directed by Thomas Sebastian, this comic thriller is about four unemployed friends who try their hands at different business ventures.
“All the ventures end up as failures,” said Sebastian, who last directed the Kunchako Boban film Jamna Pyari.
They eventually make a financial deal that turns shady and traps them.
Sebastian added: “The core of the story has been taken from a Gujarati film and tailored accordingly to suit the Malayalam audience.”
Sreenivasan, Aju Verghese, Sreenath Bhasi and Hareesh Perumanna play the young men. Mamta Mohandas appears as an art curator in a cameo.
Goodalochana releases in the UAE on November 23.
