Haroon Shahid, singer of the band Symt, who is making his acting debut in the much-awaited Mahira Khan film Verna, was recently spotted at Lahore’s Packages Mall wearing dark glasses.
While only Shahid can tell us what the real reason for this was, it is assumed that the celebrity in him is already thinking he could be ‘papped’ if he went around without his aviators. After all, Verna’s teaser and music video was recently released.
Ironically, the light-eyed boy doesn’t feature in the teaser, and the music video, which shows him for the first time on screen, doesn’t introduce him in the credits. Here’s hoping the film’s first theatrical trailer, which is going to be unveiled on Tuesday night at a grand, red-carpet event at Nueplex, Karachi, shall do the needful.
Meanwhile, at the shopping mall, Shahid came across a life-size poster of Verna, which got him so excited that he immediately Instagrammed a photo of himself in front of it.
