Two weeks in, and Saiyaara is showing no signs of slowing down, well, almost. The Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda-starrer has surprised even the most seasoned Bollywood trade watchers with its stellar box office run. As per trade tracker Sacnilk, the film has now earned a whopping Rs 280.5 crore in India, making it the second-highest Hindi grosser of 2025, just behind Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava, which sits atop with around Rs 600 crore.

Saiyaara’s day 14 earnings came in at Rs 6.5 crore in India , its slowest day yet — but still impressive for a weekday. Thursday saw an overall occupancy of 11%, with over 1,100 shows in the Delhi-NCR region (12% occupancy) and 750+ shows in Mumbai (10.5% occupancy). The film’s total worldwide collection now stands at ₹425 crore. Of this, the movie earned Rs 328.5 crore in India, and and minted Rs 97 crore overseas.

While weekday footfalls are cooling slightly, all eyes are on whether the film can sustain its momentum into its third weekend.

Adding to its list of victories, Saiyaara has now outpaced Shahid Kapoor’s biggest hit, Kabir Singh (₹279 crore), and also overtaken Salman Khan’s Tiger 3, which underperformed due to a poorly timed Sunday release back in 2023.

For a debut-led romantic drama, Saiyaara has not only exceeded expectations, it’s rewriting the box office playbook.
