Real on reel

Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu said on Sunday that viewers would get to see the "real Bipasha" in her upcoming film Jodi Breakers.

"For the first time in ten years of my career I play a character which is the real Bipasha, like what I am in real life. It is quite refreshing," said Basu, who was in Kolkata to promote the movie.

Basu plays the role of Sonali, who is very modern and a bohemian girl. Basu and Madhavan are the jodi (couple) breakers who help people who want to break their marriages and start a new life.

The movie, directed by Ashwini Chaudhary, is a wicked romantic comedy.

Basu, who was all praise for Madhavan, said he was not only a fabulous actor but also a wonderful person to work with.

"He is very encouraging as a co-star. He doesn't only think of himself, but he is one of those intelligent actors who believe that everybody in the film has to perform right for the film to be right," she said.
