Rahul Bose was last seen in a villainous role in Thakshak in 1999 and after 13 years he is once again set to play a negative role in Kamal Haasan's Vishwaroopam. The actor says he's excited about the project.

"After Thakshak, I have got a chance to play a villain in Vishwaroopam," the 44-year-old actor said.

He also revealed he has shot for some big films out soon.

"One film that I have done is Midnight's Children by Deepa Mehta which is based on Salman Rushdie's novel and will not release before June. The second is Vishwaroopam with Kamal Haasan. It is a big action film and we are doing it in two languages — Hindi and Tamil. The action sequences require a lot of technicalities which are taking time. In April, I'll start shooting for a film with Konkona Sen Sharma," he said.
