It’s finally winter, which must mean Egyptian composer Omar Khairat is returning to a city that loves his music.
Following his concert in January this year at Emirates Golf Club, Khairat will perform at Dubai World Trade Centre on December 20. In an interview with tabloid! this year, he called his sound “a mixture”.
“It’s not only classical; there’s a flavour of jazz sometimes, and oriental, and classical, so it’s a mixture between ideas,” he said of his sound. Tickets, Dh250-Dh1,000 at platinumlist.net and Hadoota Masriya restaurant.
