Wanna One tops charts with ‘Undivided’

Immediately after its release, electro-pop lead song ‘Light’ soared to No 1 on seven of Korea’s real-time charts

Wanna One dominated major Korean real-time charts with the launch of their special album 1÷x=1 (Undivided) on June 4.

Immediately after its release, the 11 members’ electro-pop lead song, Light, soared to No 1 on seven of Korea’s real-time charts that includes Naver, Melon, Soribada, Mnet, Genie, Olleh and Bugs.

While the rest of the tracks were spotted in the top ten of the real-time charts, their mini-album grabbed the No 1 spot on the iTunes Top Albums chart in 11 countries.

1÷x=1 (Undivided) contains tracks produced by the industry’s most prominent artists such as Nell, Dynamic Duo, Heize and Block B’s Zico.

Although the rookie boy band have been experiencing popularity in South Korea since their formation through the second season of Mnet’s 2017 survival reality show Produce 101, the temporary act is reportedly planning to disband end of 2018.

Wanna One are currently on their world tour, Wanna One World Tour - One: The World.
