K-pop band Exo bid Dubai a sleepy farewell

After two whirlwind days in Dubai, K-pop group Exo bid their fans a sleepy farewell on Thursday morning.

Seven out of nine members posed for a photo at Al Majlis Lounge in Dubai International Airport, where they had received a “the full VIP treatment”, according to a media statement.

The band were in stark contrast to their formal selves from Monday afternoon’s press conference in Dubai, when they had appeared in matching black suits. On Thursday, they were prepped for travel in baseball caps, bomber jackets, sweaters, scarves and even pyjamas.

Exo’s first-ever UAE visit was to launch their song at the Dubai Fountain.

It is now officially part of the water show’s playlist and will play again on January 19 at 10.30pm and on January 20 at 8.30pm.
