Stealing the show
Zara Sheikh raised the temperature a notch while shooting for a song sequence for Javed Raza's Kabhi Pyar Na Karna, in Mumbai.
Looking gorgeous in white, Sheikh shared the floor with Mony Rana and Indian actress Neha Dhupia. The actress has also signed for a film in Nepal that co-stars Nepalese actor Shiva.
Like father, like son
Shaan wishes to be remembered just as his father, late director Riaz Shahid is: as a maker of landmark, if not contoversial, films. The actor, who wants to get into direction, said this during a press conference.
Film critics, however, feel that Shaan will not have any scope to explore this genre since films on controversial issues would probably be rejected by the censor board.
On hold
Khushbu seems happiest when playing the doting housewife. The actress says she may work in movies again – if husband, Arbaz agrees.
Change of plans
Popular model Amina Haq made it very clear that she would not take up film offers. She turned down many roles, including playing the lead in Shehzad Gul's next release.
The role later went to model Iman Ali. However, the latest news is that she is considering starring in an Indian film that stars Govinda and Sushmita Sen.

"I used to sing in college and the appreciation I received gave me the impetus to choose music as a profession – a decision that I have never regretted," he says.
