Lindsay Lohan’s mum pleads guilty to DUI in New York

Lindsay Lohan’s mother has pleaded guilty in New York to a misdemeanour charge of driving while intoxicated.

Newsday reports Dina Lohan also pleaded guilty to speeding during her court appearance on Tuesday on Long Island.

The Nassau County prosecutor says Lohan is expected to be sentenced on June 3 to a conditional discharge and 100 hours of community service. She will also pay a fine.

Police said Lohan was driving at 77 mph in a 55 mph zone when she was arrested on September 12 in Oyster Bay. They said her blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit.
